Site blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling different sections of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
